June 30, 2007: Premiere Recap & Misc News
In case you, like me, have forgotten all those complicated premiere dates and details and want to know when to expect a sudden huge, whooshing rush of new photos (ooooh!); or if you, unlike me, want to know what theater to show up at when (lucky!); I’m going to recap all the premiere info we have so far. The UK premiere of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will take place in London, England on Tuesday, July 3. It will be held at Odeon Cinema in Leicester Square at approximately 6 PM. The Paris premiere of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will take place in Paris, France on Wednesday, July 4. It will be held at Fnac Saint-Lazare at 6:30 PM. The US premiere of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will take place in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, July 8. It will be held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre with crew arrivals at 2 PM, cast arrivals at 3:30 PM, and movie screening at 5 PM. Thanks to HPANA, we know that the London premiere will be streamed live as it was for the Goblet of Fire. The premiere streaming will begin at 5 PM BST on Tuesday. You can find what time that’ll be for you right here. If you do get a chance to show up at either premiere and get pictures, autographs, or video (lucky dog!), we’d love for you to send it to us! You will receive full credit for anything you send us and if you prefer, your pictures/autographs/whatever else you have will be watermarked to prevent “stealing” from our site. Good luck! A translation of an interview with Dan in the Por Ti magazine quotes him as saying:
Nick magazine also has some new interview bits with the trio that are pretty good. You can read the whole interview here. The Belgian magazine Cine Tele Revue also interviewed Emma. Emma-Watson.net kindly translated the interview, and you can read that here. New Hermione pictures! We have a quite small one from Nick magazine here and a new promoshot from an unidentified magazine here. A new German TV spot is available on YouTube here and an Italian one on YouTube here. I believe there’s the briefest bit of new Hermione footage in the second one, but both seem to be mostly old clips. Oh well, Harry Potter’s Harry Potter! Also, Emma is to appear on both the Today Show and Live With Regis and Kelly on July 12th. The Richard and Judy show in the UK will be airing a special on the OOTP movie on Friday, July 6 at 5 PM and the TV Guide Channel will be showing a special on the LA premiere of HP&OOTP at 9 PM on Sunday, July 9. If you may be able to record any of these shows, mark your calendar and let us know! Uhm… Is it GMT or what? Or is the time for the US Premiere in US time? Sorry, too angry to write correct.

Each premiere time is given in the time zone it’ll be held in. So, the US premiere is in the time zone Hollywood is located in. These are the times around the world for the celebrity arrivals.
