May 4, 2008: New scene in HBP?
According to the following sources, a new scene has been added into the upcoming Potter film, Half Blood Prince. Please to not be biting off my head for this shippy bit of news.
Also, they added a new scene where Ron saves Hermione when Bellatrix tried to curse her. And another scene where Ron talks about Lavender and Hermione hears him and walks out of the room angry… which Ron then says “What’s up with her?”
Thoughts?

I s’pose they can add this, because it doesn’t really go out of the story. Plus, they need to build up to DH’s scenes of Ron and Hermione, well, you know how they add/cut scenes in movies. But I hope they do have these scenes!

am not happy with all this cutting scenes fr books and adding non book scenes in-1st started with the add Burrow scene and now many other h/g and rhr scenes added too.plus some harry vs bellatrix-is nt fr hbp book…so it’s confusing really.

I can’t wait!
To me, it’s fine that they’re adding in additional scenes. It’s even okay if they leave out scenes. Because I think any movie based on a book will be very different from the original. There really is no way they can ever live up to each other, so I don’t really compare them.

No way! thats so cute! They need to start making things quite obvious in the movies that Hermione and Ron are starting to like each other.
I really cant wait! Its gonna be an amazing movie.

I have to admit, I don’t like it when they add new scenes. They’re always talking about keeping it real, keeping it with the story. They sometimes go the complete opposite of what they say. They’re cutting scenes form the books and adding new ones!
I have no problem with this scene. As much as I hate hate hate Lavender, if this scene is in the movie, Ron saving Hermione and Hermione getting jealous of Lavender is a big Ron/Hermione moment, which I love. So, I’ll be happy if they put this in.

I have no issues with these rumored scenes…
I have one huge Ron and Hermione shipper….soooo the more scenes….the better….
