Snitch Seeker have added another video – this time from Dan’s appearance on “Daybreak” in which he talks about kissing Emma; the segement stars at about 0:59 and goes until 1:35. Don’t forget to check out our previous post which covers the first day of “Deathly Hallows” press!

It was really full on!
It was, wasn’t it? I was kinda ambushed by that, that was incredible. I was not expecting that. I thought it was going to be this kind of soft, sensual sort of moment and then suddenly there’s this vigorous kissing happening to me.

Is she a bit of an animal?
Oh she is a bit of an aminal – yes – [laughs]

You can’t even say it!
No, no, she is, no she is. No, she was great but then you know, I’m not complaining. There are tens of thousands of fans who would cut off limbs to be in our positions. And Rupert actually had to leave set because he was laughing at us much so – I could see him out of corner of my eye, I could just see his eyes watering.

Emma was also spotted on BBC Breakfast this morning in a navy jumper. We’ve only got a dark screencapture available at the moment but we’re hoping a video will turn up soon enough! Apparently she caused quite a stir by talking about, erm, feminine hygiene products. :P It wasn’t just Emma who appeared on the show – the whole Trio did! Emma talks about kissing Dan, the pressures of anonymity and buying tampons; needless to say a thoroughly different interview than what we’re used to. Video added thank to RupertGrint.net

A few on-the-set interviews plus official production notes and interviews for “Deathly Hallows” – it’s almost here!

Hello, hello all! Lots of stuff to get ready before we’re hit by the media tidalwave that is gonna hit us once “Deathly Hallows” premieres on Thursday in London and then again in New York on Monday. Bare with us cause we’ve got a whole heap of stuff to report! Oh and if you don’t see certain bits of news on the main site scrounge around our Twitter page as we obssessively reTweet anything that relates to Emma appearances!

Firstly, as far as we know the photocall and official press conference for “Deathly Hallows” will be either today the 10th November or on the 12th November – Emma, Rupert and Dan have done their first round of preliminary press junkets with radio media personalities (including CBBC’s Newsround team) and are set for a couple more days of official press at Claridges. Emma is also set to appear on the ITV1 “Daybreak” morning show with Jason Isaacs on the 11th November; the London premiere will be held on the afternoon of the 11th with the stars beginning to arrive at approximately after 4.15ish.

Two photos from the press conferences have been released and it looks like they could be from different days. We’re not sure when these days were so we’ll just post ‘em here and hope answers will find their way towards us in the end. Credit for the photos goes to @rickyboleto and @poon_hound.

A video from the first junket has been added and can be viewed below thanks to Sky News. It not only give us a some more Emma quotes but also a glimpse at a new outfit.

Righto, now onto some news! A whole lot of footage and interviews have appeared online to promote “Deathly Hallows”; most of it we’ve already posted in previous updates but there was a new one from Yahoo!UK which featured a semi-new quote from Emma.

Watson adds, “It’s challenging in every way – physically, emotionally. They’re away from home. They’re isolated, they don’t have any news. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re pulling at shreds. Dumbledore has hardly left them anything to go on.”

[...] But when director David Yates calls cut, the tone changes instantly and the young cast are drawn together like magnets, chatting and grinning from ear to ear. No stars rushing to their trailers here. Between takes, they stay and chat excitedly (we caught a rather surreal conversation between Watson and Bonnie Wright about what soup they were going to have for lunch. Country vegetable apparently!). Read more?

Similarly, WB. have released the official production notes for “Deathly Hallows” which features lots of new quotes from Emma and the cast, as well as severe spoilers for people who haven’t read the books yet. Six sets of production notes have been added to the press archives.

Watson confirms, “It was pretty funny, especially when David had to take us aside and say, ‘I just want to remind you that this scene is not about which one of you can run the fastest.’ But I definitely gave the boys a run for their money,” she smiles. Read more from “The Deathly Hallows”

Meanwhile, something else has caught Hermione’s eye, a headstone with a strange symbol on it: a circle in a triangle with a line through it. Before she can show Harry, however, she senses they are being watched. Surprisingly, the figure that emerges from the darkness is a frail, old woman, who beckons them to follow her. Read more from “Where It Began”

Nevertheless, Hermione is unprepared for the fight that erupts between Ron and Harry. When Ron ends it by deserting them, she is heartbroken. Watson attests, “She is devastated and feels abandoned. His jealousy and accusations also betrayed her trust.” Read more from “The Forest for the Trees”

The trio Apparates to Shaftsbury Avenue in the heart of London’s bustling Piccadilly Circus and the West End theatre district. The scene was shot on the actual site, which Watson says was “surreal. It was incredible to see traffic at a standstill on one of the busiest streets in one of the biggest cities in the world.” Read more from “Nowhere Is Safe”

To save her parents, Hermione makes an impossible choice. In a scene that is only alluded to in the book, she leaves her home behind, taking her parents’ memories of their only child with her. Watson says, “Hermione knows that by siding with Harry she is putting her parents in danger. The only way she can protect them is by completely cutting them off, so she removes their memories of her, which is tragic because she is losing her mum and dad forever. I was really charmed by the way Steve Kloves wrote the scene. It was moving and also brings home the magnitude of the sacrifice Hermione, and also Ron, are making for their friend Harry.” Read more from “Family Gatherings”

“Harry, Hermione and Ron don’t have a home anymore,” notes Emma Watson, who returns to the part of Hermione Granger. “They are always on the move and, worse, they are being hunted, so they don’t know who to trust. But the stakes are high, so they have to be brave.” Read more from “The End Begins”

You can check out the magazine scans here in the galleries.

Articles and quotes round up, plus more confirmed television appearances

Three new articles relating to Emma and “Deathly Hallows” have appeared in the Australian media overnight; the articles cover the basics of the movie, also (inevitably) about Emma’s hair, plus more quotes from Emma, Rupert and Dan about how they feel about the end of Potter.

“I haven’t been able to change my hair for 10 years,” she says. Hermione decreed continuity. Now Watson has moved on, with a striking haircut that transforms her into a different woman. “Some people don’t like it, they think it’s an outward expression of my inner torment. Honestly! I just had a haircut.” Read more …

Despite regularly dazzling on the red carpet and gracing the covers of some high-end fashion magazines – among them the Christmas edition of British Vogue – she describes her own fashion philosophy as “simple is better”.

“I’m a less-is-more person,” she says. “I hate wearing too much make-up or jewellery.” Read more …

It’s strange to hear her describe the films as her ”life’s work” at such a young age, but given the place J K Rowling’s books and their movie adaptations have in the hearts of millions of fans around the world, she admits the pressure is on to give them an appropriate send-off. She has mixed feelings about the long-awaited finale and life post-Potter.

”On the one hand I am very excited to go away and do new things,” she says. ”On the other hand it’s really sad to say goodbye to people I have cared about here, friends I have made. I have literally grown up here and Harry Potter is such a massive part of my life, I have to find new things to fill that gap. It’s a big change.” Read more …

Plus, along with appearances on “Regis and Kelly”, “David Letterman” and “Unscripted”, Emma and her co-stars will also be hitting the UK television stations – she and Jason Isaacs will appear on November 11 on ITV1′s “Daybreak” which apparently goes from 6:00-8:30am GMT.

In gallery-related news, after much deliberation, we’re moving the gallery from our old host to a new host – not only will we be able to guarantee 24/7 Emma picture goodness but we’re getting a new series of domains for the gallery! We’re also working on starting a screencapture gallery and, potentially, a video archive! We’ll keep you all updated as things progress.

A brand new 10-minute video has appeared online from the Dutch program RTL-4. The featurette has new interviews with the cast (new outfit for Emma!) plus lots of gloriously spoilery footage and behind-the-scenes shots. It’s quite an interesting interview and the Trio really are adorable as they discuss their last days on set, filming “Deathly Hallows” and much, much more!

Entertainment Weekly covers “Deathly Hallows”: “The End is Near”

Entertainment Weekly have released their upcoming cover online and it features none other than Harry Potter! In this new spread, the team at EW exercise the tear ducts of most Potter fans by presenting a startling reminiscence with the cast; the article follows the rise of the Trio and includes new quotes from the pint-sized stars from way back during their initial movies. Emma’s, in particular, highlights her total insecurity and uncertainess about continuing acting; the article also features new quotes from the adults of “Potter” and their views on the megastars Dan, Rupert and Emma.

Along with the feature EW have released new Potter promos for “Deathly Hallows” including a new photoshoot-esque image, along with a couple of new promotional stills.

As the years went on, Watson became increasingly conflicted about whether she wanted to keep playing Hermione – or even wanted to be an actor at all. “Emma’s really bright, but very tough on herself,” says Helena Bonham Carter, who plays Death Eater Bellatrix Lestrange. Going to university was always at the top of Watson’s priority list – she would go on to earn top scores on her A-level exams, the British equivalent of the SATs – and she fantasised about an ordinary life with school and friends the way other kids fantasise about being a movie start.

[...] A year late, in August 2010, she had made it through her first year at Brown (being occassionally dogged by paparazzi) and was preparing to head back to school for her sophmore year. Now, at 20, she sounded, for the first time in yers, like the animated, enthusiastic girl she had been at 11. Sporting a chic new pixie haircut – the only time she’d been able to pick her own hairstyle in 10 years – she gushed about her freshman year. “It feels wonderful,” she said. “I have such a structure when I’m working on Potter. I get told what time I get picked up. I get told what time I can eat, when I have time to go to the bathroom. Every single second of my day is not in my power. Being at college, i took pleasure in the smallest things. Like, ‘I’m going to wake up at 10 o’clock if I want to.’ Or ‘I’m going to eat a sandwich now.’ It was so liberating! I’d be smiling to myself, and my friends woulds say, ‘Emma, what’s wrong?’ And I’d say, ‘I don’t know. I’m just … happy.’” Read more …
