As well as having her own spread in ‘Seventeen’ Magazine, Emma is also going international! Emma will be on the cover of Brazilian magazine ‘Atrevida’ Magazine for their, assumedly, August issue. The cover features a brand new shot from Emma’s latest photoshoot with Mariano Vivanco, the first photos of which were seen earlier last week. From their cover it also seems like they interviewed Dan and Emma. If anyone can get their hands on scans or even more information about this edition we would be very much appreciated!

Also, following on from our previous update, Emma’s tidbit from ‘Screen’ Magazine has been translated thanks to immortalbliss at Pottershots.net. You can check out the original update here or, alternatively, you could check out Emma’s interview page here in the galleries.

At the side: This movie will live in everyone’s heart, but I suppose this line sounds a little old.

The series had ended, please let me know about your feelings.
It’s very tough. Able to act in this movie was very important for me, I will never imagine I will have another chance to gain such wonderful experience anymore. And for the same meaning, I would be able to challenge myself shall be an exciting one. I’m nervous yet looking forward.

How was the make up as an elderly?
It was amazing. Was initially prepared of having it rather terrifying but it was not as bad as I imagined. In fact, for a female, the olden face is not as bad, but it was very bad for a male instead (haha). It was an amazing experience. Moreover, I never expect that I would be afraid to turn old, I did not had any unpleasant memories. The last scene was my most favorite for the last 2 series. Wonderfully, I can say that it was a straightforward scene.

Had you all went for the farewell party?
I invited everyone to my house, and had dinner together. Roasted chicken, potato, green beans. Summer berry and meringue was the dessert. It was very delicious.

Imagining the end of Harry Potter was hard, Surely there would be a gathering party, I suppose for your case too?
I think so too, The drop of the popularity of the original will not happen from now on. I would hope it will be a very popular one. Never to be forgotten. This movie will live in everyone’s heart, but I suppose this line sounds a little old so I need to think of another way to describe this.

“I’ve never understood having crushes on people who you don’t know in real life. I only crush on people I meet. I mean, I can appreciate that someone is good-looking, obviously, but I don’t intend to fantasize about people I don’t know!”

“I try to avoid wearing black because sometimes it’s the easy option. But I’m young, so it’s nice to be able to play with color and not just wear black all the time. I can save that for when I’m older.”

“I dance a lot and I run and do yoga and play field hockey and tennis. I like to be active. I don’t always have time for that stuff, but I do always feel better afterward.”

“If I hadn’t done Harry Potter, I would have gone and done years of art. I really do love it, and I’d love to write.”

“Reducing your life down to three pairs of jeans, two skirts, a couple of shirts, and a few pairs of shoes was so nice for me. I really loved living in this tiny room where I didn’t’ have space for anything. It sounds really lame, but it made me feel a lot more free, because I just didn’t have as many choices.”

“I still have friends from primary school. And my two best girlfriends are from secondary school. I don’t have to explain anything to them. I don’t have to apologize for anything. They know. There’s no judgment in any way.”

“Most of my friends are doing their third year abroad so I might do my third year abroad as well, and then come back for my last year. I hope I could do that.”

“For the first two movies, I had a huge crush on Tom Felton. He was my first crush. He totally knows. We talked about it – we still laugh about it. We are really good friends now, and that’s cool.”

“No! I’m a terrible game player. I’m so impatient – it’s one of my worst traits! If I want to see someone, I want to see them, and if I don’t, then I don’t. My friends are always telling me I have to play hard to get because I’ll pretty much say to a guy, ‘I like you – let’s go hang out.’ But my friends are like, ‘You can’t do that! You have to string this guy along.’ And I’m just like, ‘No! I won’t! I just want to go on the date!’ It’s a nightmare – I definitely haven’t figured it out yet.”

Thanks to adoring_emma at livejournal, we have just added brand new, high quality images from Emma’s spread in the upcoming ‘Vogue US’ editorial. Accompanying the photos is an extremely long and indepth interview where Emma talks about university, “Perks”, filming and coming to grips to with who she is. Photos can be seen here in our galleries and the interview can be read in our press archives.

A video from the set, which also includes some musings by Emma, has also been released and can be seen right here on your Youtube page.

It’s the pixie-cut hair and flawless skin that give her away. Emma Watson is dressed unobtrusively in a cotton flower-print French Connection dress and beige sandals, but she is unmistakable. Fans have accosted her five times in the past half hour alone. Today is the actress’s twenty-first birthday, and she is determined to spend it as she pleases—which means a leisurely mid-morning latte followed by a stroll through the Joan Miró exhibition at London’s Tate Modern.

Emma ignores the stares and continues to chat animatedly about Miró’s willingness to take risks with his art. An avid painter herself—“I love it and have a need to do it”—she can talk eloquently about every picture on the wall. Her favorite is The Farm, a painting once owned by Ernest Hemingway that brought the artist his first taste of success outside Spain. What she admires, Emma tells me, is that Miró was both a draftsman and a painter, unafraid to combine these talents to create something that was simultaneously surreal and hyperreal.
