AlwaysMuggleborn has released a few teaser images from the “Harry Potter: From Page to Screen” feature book. Included in the preview images there are a whole heap of new images of Emma as Hermione spanning across all the movies, including some rare shots from the earlier movies. You can check them all out here in our photo galleries.
Jaap Buitendijk, a principle photographer on the last four “Harry Potter” movies, has updated his web portfolio recently, adding many new “Potter” related promotionals and photoshoots. In the mix of new Daniel Radcliffe portrait sessions and some new never-before-seen stills, two new Emma photos have popped up: a new headshot from her 2008 session and a new behind-the-scenes photo from “Half Blood Prince” filming in the Gryffindor commonroom.
Emma is featured as the cover girl for the September/October edition of Sky Movies HD magazine; the magazine chose to use last year’s Sean Cook shoot for “The Daily Mail” for this issue, and have pair the gorgeous shoot with, what appears to be, a brand new interview with Emma from the set of “Deathly Hallows”! The article also talks of subsequent interviews with Rupert and Dan but we couldn’t find them; scans from the magazine can be seen here, or you could follow the previews below for more!
The Emma article and interview have also been transcribed and added into the press archives.

What do you like about Hermione?
She’s got a heart of gold. She’s the first person to sympathise with anyone in opposition to her. She’s so determined, loyal and she’s such a strong girl … woman! She’s the ultimate girl.
When did you find time to study?
It’s something I really wanted for myself. If you want something enough, you make time to do it. I’d do most of my reading when I was sat in the make-up truck. I’d sit and write and I’d have my laptop on my lap and I worked weekends. It was exhausting. But it’s so worth it, I’m so proud. Read more?
And an added bonus goodie – we’ve added high quality additions from last year’s Nick Knight photoshoot Emma did for “Interview” magazine. Previously, this shoot was only available in medium quality in our galleries. You can also check those out in the galleries, or follow the previews below.
The full MTV Movie Awards nominees list has been revealed and “Half Blood Prince” has secured a few nominations; the Potter cast has also been nominated for various movie roles! You can vote for your favourites here, at the MTV site but you must be registered to log your vote.
Best Movie – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Best Villian – Tom Felton
Best Female Performance – Emma Watson
Best Male Performance – Daniel Radcliffe
Unfortunately Rupert did not manage to secure a nomination, which is a shame. But let’s see if we can get a Potter win at the MTV Movie Awards! Register and vote Potter! To add some Rupert into this post, here’s a quote from the “Deathly Hallows” film set where Rupert briefly discusses what he and his co-stars do inbetween takens. Also, have a snazzy little quote from Tom Felton on his nomination which mentions Emma!
Rupert peppered his replies with a lot of his characteristic “yeahs” and “ums.” He revealed that he plays Guitar Hero with Daniel and Emma Watson when they are not filming and he definitely looks forward to keeping in touch with them when they are done doing the “Harry Potter” movies.
“It’s a massive honor,” [Felton] said. “Especially given that it’s a fan vote. That makes it quite touching. And it’s classic for me, because for almost a decade, kids have been running onto set and hugging Daniel [Radcliffe] and shaking Emma [Watson]‘s hand. I try and be as polite as I can, and I never seem to get anywhere with them. Finally, I’m in a category that celebrates that fact!”
