TimesOnline.co.uk have released “The Top 30 Power Players Under 30” list, with Emma coming in at number four, right behind Keria Knightley! Other honourable mentions include: ‘Goblet of Fire’ co-star Robert Pattinson and international supermodels Lily Cole and Agyness Dean!

As the face of Burberry this season, Watson went from gawky schoolgirl to fashion ingénue. Shunning movies to study literature at Brown University in America — inspired by her mentor, JK Rowling — is a savvy move. Christopher Bailey, the creative director of Burberry, says: “She was the obvious choice for our campaign. She has a classic beauty, a great character and a modern edge.” source

Also, the nominees list for next year’s People’s Choice Awards have been released with Potter nabbing one nomination: “Favourite On-Screen Team”. They’re up against the cast from Transformers, X-Men: Origins and the Twilight cast. You can vote online at the People’s Choice Awards website. The show is set to broadcast live on January 6th, 2010.

There are currently 219 high-qualities available in the gallery. According to The Leaky Cauldron’s Twitter, everyone is now inside the theater and so things are calmed down a bit. Another Leaky Twitter update let the world know that Emma’s dress is vintage – 1970s Ozzie Clark. Also up, lots of ‘Half Blood Prince’ goodies! This update features TV spots, posters, behind-the-scenes and scans! First up, a new television spot entitled “Poof” has been released and captures have been made! Also in television-spot-captures related news, I’ve put all of Hermione’s appearances in these television spots into one snazzy album, for your convenience.

Also in HBP news – posters! The official site has been updated and revamped, with new posters and publicity materials! Featuring a new one with Hermione by herself, there’s also two paied ones with Hermione appearing alongside Ron and Lavender! Plus a new poster entitled ‘Heroes’ features Hermione, Dumbledore, Harry and Ron. Check those out here.

And wrapping up HBP news, there’s also a handful of new sticker scans, a new behind-the-scenes image and scans from the current editions of Nick Magazine and Grazia Magazine (which speaks exclusively on her Burberry campaign).

As for Hermione, her main role is to be a friend to Harry so he doesn’t feel alone in his fight. “I think Hermione has a massive part to play in Harry’s success,” says Watson. “She teaches him that the only way to defeat Voldemort is through having his friends, and trusting his friends.”

“It’s very peculiar looking back on [the films] and seeing how much I’ve changed and how much I’ve grown and what I looked like before all this happened,” Watson says. She evens jokes that, in those first movies, she looked “like a chipmunk” with her baby face. Then she started maturing, along with Radcliffe and Grint. “In a way, that’s what people really identify with. It makes it a real journey, a very real journey, because we literally are growing up with the characters.” source

In other premiere-related news, it has been confirmed by Jo that Emma, Dan and Rupert will be in attendance to at least two premieres – predominantly, the London premiere and the New York premiere. I will be updating the gallery continually, but I might save gallery updates for bunches, because it’ll be easier that way until we get rid of that nasty page which pops up when viewed in Firefox. Things have been changed, re-uploaded and configured differently – there should be no threats any longer on the site, so if you want to view the gallery, I suggest you disable your ‘suspected attack site’ button only when viewing ihwmedia.net and then turning it back on afterwards. We apologise for the inconvenience these errors are causing.

First off, the TV spots. And, wonderfully, they’ve all been given little ‘theme’ titles, to make them, I dunno, easier to spot if you’ve seen them before? First up, promotional number four, ‘Together‘; followed by number five, ‘The Battle Begins‘; number six follows quite quickly with ‘Challenge‘; and number seven, ‘Answers‘.

Also up, a brand new featurette, which features Emma towards the end very briefly. Also released on Ellen, a brand new scene featuring Ron and Harry and his sudden desire and love for a background character! Woo!

But if that didn’t get you excited, this month’s MTV Movie Awards are sure to provide a treat, with casts revealing to the audiences brand new never-before-seen scenes to the audience. MTV is debuting these Potter scenes alongside the Transformers sequel. But don’t get your hopes up for the cast to pop into the MTV Movie Awards, as it specifically notes that the Potter cast will be screening from England.

Viewers will be treated to scenes from the surefire blockbusters “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” and “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” as stars from both casts will reveal the never-before-seen clips. From England, the stars of “Harry Potter,” Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint will give a sneak peek of “Half-Blood Prince.” source

Also, in HBP-media news, there have been over the weekend, the release of two new TV spots. Emma features very briefly in one (no new scenes, unfortunately) and not at all in the second one.
