Apparently, filming on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the sixth movie of the series, in which Emma will be again playing Hermione Granger, is due to begin in early September. David Yates will be again directing (refresher: he also directed the just-released Order of the Phoenix) and Steve Kloves will be returning as screenwriter (he wrote the first four films, although Michael Goldenberg wrote HP&OOTP). The release date is November 21, 2008 – only 454 days from now! Heh.
Anyway, thanks to LeakyNews.com, we’ve got a few snippets of info on how Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is going. Rupert Grint said in a radio interview with Jo Whiley that:
We sort of read the script through. We got all the cast to come around to read the script and we’ll be filming it for another year so . . . Ron’s got a girlfriend in this one. It’s a little bit more intense for him! So it should be fun!
There’s also some intriguing info on night filming that’s going to be happening around Wiltshire, England in October. You can check out Leaky’s information on that here.
Still working on uploading more old pictures! I’ve just got pictures from the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone London Conference up at ihwmedia.net and am busily uploading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban London Photocall and Press Conference images, so have fun with those!

Allison: Emma-Watson.net has posted a translation of an interview “Tu” magazine conducted with Rupert and Emma. They talk briefly about the fifth movie and university plans, as well as the Harry Potter books. That’s available here – thanks, E-Wnetters!
Emma’s official site has also been updated with some exciting news! Emma’s already halfway through filming Ballet Shoes, plus there’s also some tantalizing information about some more features Emma’s site will be opening up in September!
