It’s been a bit of a frenzied week with Emma news cropping up pretty much everyday – and we can say, this is only the beginning! We’re almost into June and now would be the time to start to look at newsstands to see if Emma’s snagged any covers, or if any new television spots for the final “Harry Potter” movie have been released. Just think: less than six weeks until we all sit down and watch “Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ and start bawling our eyes out. But enough small talk, on to the news!

As we reported previously, Emma is currently on the cover (the June issue) of ‘Vanity Fair Italia‘. Scans from the feature have been added into our galleries and include: a new interview with Emma where she discusses her role in the final “Potter” movie; her Lancôme editorials and advertisements; her friendships on set; and life as a student at Brown University. The feature also includes two new shots of Emma from the Lancôme advertisement; those can be seen on this page. Unfortunately, our press archives have been irreversibly damaged so we’ve had to start afresh; the entire article, translated thanks to Hermiola89 at Pottershots, can be seen in our NEW (and completely unorganised and unfinished) press archives.

Where did you grow up?
In the Marais, but at that time it wasn’t the cool district it has become today. The other night my dad brought me out to dinner there and it felt like a completely different place.

Is it because of your French origins that Glamour UK named you the most elegant woman in the world?
(Laughs) Maybe. I really like fashion, but also a certain understatement that’s typical of those French girls I see on the streets. My style is a mix of these two things: trying to be tasteful without trying to seek attention at any costs. I love simple things. Few accessories, not much make-up.

Do you have any posters in your bedroom?
I have a big poster with all the movies by Jean-Luc Godard, and a few things I painted myself. I also pinned up a few letters kids have written me in the years that have helped me in the most difficult moments. I read them and I feel better.

In your website I’ve seen the open letter where you cleared up that you weren’t bullied at university in America. Why did you feel like pointing that out?
People are free to gossip about me, trying to guess which university I’ll attend, what’s going to be my next film or the color of my dress at a première. But you can’t speculate about the honesty of my fellow students at Brown University, who have always behaved. It was a fantastic experience for me. Read more?

And as for photoshoot updates: a new set of outtakes, from the set of “Order of the Phoenix”, has surfaced – three years after they were taken – and can now be seen in our galleries. They’re unfortunately and hideously tagged but they are very, very cute pictures! These outtakes are courtesy of Oclumencia. Also, somewhat related to our previous post on the subject, new high qualities from Emma’s Tesh photoshoot for ‘Marie Claire’ have been added into the galleries.

Alrighty, first up – Burberry! Over the weekend, a behind-the-scenes video was released, plus thanks to Vogue UK, we’ve got six images – medium quality, but they’re still very, very pretty! If you have no idea what I’m talking about, you must check out the Burberry Autumn/Winter campaign featuring Emma.

Also up, scans! This time, from Italy’s Spain’s Io Donna magazine and the South African Seventeen magazine! Both of which feature brand new photoshoot images, and interviews! Woo! The wonderful people at Oclumencia have updated with a bunch of new behind-the-scenes shots from ‘Order of the Phoenix’ – five of which feature Emma in some way! Lots of Trio cuteness in the forest, plus some absolutely adorable Emma and Dan pictures. But the highlight, for me anyway, is a gorgeous shot of Emma and director discussing a scene. Also emerged online, a new set of scans, all the way from Czechoslovakia the Czech Republic, Emma’s appearance in TV Star magazine, featuring that new photoshoot which is currently making the rounds. Anyone who’d be able to translate would be much loved! You can view those here, in the galleries.

As you may have noticed, Emma was not in attendance to the Raisa event. Oh well, in 20-odd days, she’ll be everywhere.

Wow, what a packed couple of days it has been! While we all wait for more pictures to be released from the Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Dinner, ie. pictures with Emma, I have some pretty pictures to distract you all with! First up, the complete (near complete?) set of images from the Bravo shoot from back in 2007, for Order of the Phoenix promotional. All up, the photoshoot comes to 40 images, one of the largest photoshoots she’s done to date, methinks! Photos are thanks to Oclumencia.

Also making Emma news, Portkey has scanned and uploaded quite a few new promotional shots, featuring the main cast for ‘Half Blood Prince’. I was able to snag fifteen scans which feature Emma as Hermione. Warning, spoilers and absolute trio cuteness ahead! Also uploaded, some brand new shots of the trio filming in London on April 21st, and two new shots from the Order of the Phoenix DVD Launch, thanks to Oclumencia. And yes, we’re still keeping our eyes peeled for Emma’s appearance at the Raisa banquet (fi indeed, she was in attendance).

Oh, and some new medium quality images from the ‘Tale of Despereaux’ Los Angeles Press Conference, with some, erm, interesting Emma photos; featuring sleepy!Emma, silly!Emma, gorgeous!Emma and chipper!Emma. Emma is featured in the May issue of ‘Interview’ magazine, in a new photoshoot by Nick Knight.  Thanks to a member of The Fashion Spot forums, we have a snap of the upcoming cover.

We also have three new hi-res photoshoot images of Order of the Phoenix-era Hermione, via Snitch Seeker.

Turning to site issues, the gallery is currently unavailable as a malware issue seems to have returned. We are still working on having this problem resolved and if it persists for much longer, we’ll certainly get something up on the main site so it doesn’t stay unavailable forever. Jo has updated Emma’s official site to let us know Emma’s finally finished filming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and is currently busy preparing for her A-Level exams.
