1st February 2012 - Emma Watson for ‘Rouge in Love’ by Lancôme campaign released!

Emma's newest campaign with Lancôme, 'Rouge in Love', goes on sale today at various Lancôme outlets! The lipstick range boasts 21 new long-stay, perfect finish colours in a wide variety from coral to bright pink to some demure beige colours. Emma is set to promote the lipstick range in London on 10 February 2012 at Selfridges London, from 4pm. See all promotional material from the campaign here in our photo galleries!

As you may have noticed we’ve got a brand spanking new layout up featuring some light, springy colours to welcome y’all into the new season! But wait, there’s more! The content has finally been updated and should be in absolutely tip-top shape with all Emma-centric pages receiving upgrades, facelifts and other pretty and informative updates! To name a few changes:

• The filmography page was given a revamp and features pages on every single one of Emma’s projects! Pages including fun facts, gallery links, basic information and lots of links to keep you all up to date on her upcoming flicks!

• For those coming to us fresh from Emma’s campaigns with various modelling companies a quippy modelling campaign info page has been added. Lots of things to click and view!

• The Hermione section got a much needed revamp and we’ve even added a couple of new pages! Amongst the reviewed and updated content, check out: the indepth biography, the fact file, a run-down of magical skills and powers and the extensive year-by-year timeline!

• Our monthly picspams have been updated and are now up to date!

• We’ve also got a quick nostalgia trip set for of all of you! Kudos to Oclumencia for these! Photos from Emma’s previous Potter films, ‘Goblet of Fire’, ‘Prisoner of Azkaban’ and ‘Philosopher’s Stone’, have had little gallery additions, including more from a particularly cute (and highly favoured!) photoshoot! Check out all the latest uploads in our galleries!

New Appearance and Goodies Galore!

It’s April of 2008 and we have of-the-month features to announce! Congratulations to Johnny and Leviosa, Pas Leviosaaa for winning the POTM and SOTM awards this month, respectively. Johnny gave a great answer to the question “Do you identify more with Emma or Hermione?” and for that, received the April ’08 FOTM award, congratulations! Leviosa, Pas Leviosaaa is a great Ron/Hermione shipper fansite to whom we’re glad to present the April ’08 SOTM award. The Picture of the Month page is always fun to look through – so much cuteness! – and I have one of my own favorite Emma photos, from her Times Online photoshoot, up there for April, so check that out!

Speaking of Of The Months, the question for May is up at the FOTM page. You are Emma for a day. How do you spend your day?! If you’d like to enter – and you’re definitely encouraged to try! – head on over to the FOTM page before the end of April and give us your best answer.

The IHW press archives have a new layout up, created by our very own Kaetlyn. Pretty, no? Because this is our first-ever Press Archives Layout Change, we’ve added for the Very First Time, the Press Archives Past Layouts bit to the past layouts page.

Speaking of past layouts – we look a bit different today, no?! The new layout was created by Kaetlyn, featuring photos from Emma’s 2005 Elle Girl photoshoot and textures from Hybrid Genesis. There’s a bit of green, for spring, and we think it’s pretty fun. Pretty, no?

A bit of new appearance news! Emma attended the opening of a Balenciaga store this February and we have, thanks to shyngr8 at the Sassy! forums, a photo of Emma from the event from Vogue UK. There’s a short report from the event at InStyle UK:

Oh there were other journos in the room, but they don’t count because I highly doubt they love Balenciaga as much as I do. Except maybe Emma Watson, who told me: “I have never met the designer before, but I can’t wait. I’m wearing Balenciaga top-to-toe.”

The blurb along with the Vogue UK scan reads:

I joined Emma Watson (in flats so as not to upset her teen fanclub!) at the opening of Balenciaga’s Mount Street store followed by a cosy dinner at Harry’s Bar, hosted by Charlotte Gainsbourg and Nicolas Ghesquiere.

First – a few of you pointed out that the gallery is down. We know. Ah, technology, how we loathe thee! Hopefully we’ll have that up soon for you but right now the source of the problem is unknown.

On the bright side, we have a bit of HBP news and Sparkly! has been blessed a bit today! Thanks to HPANA we know that HBP will be going to IMAX this November, with part of the film in 3D and for while you begin planning tickets for that, I added a bit to Sparkly! You can check out two new wallpapers, a March calendar wall and more gorgeous Kaetlyn icons as well!

EDIT: I’ve also finally updated the past layouts page! We’ve had some gorgeous ones, so check that out. If you’re really feeling nostalgic, you can also page through the grand layout archives, encompassing Mystique, Emma Love, Emma Online, Emma Fans, and Patronus Otter as well! (Not sure what these are? Check our history!)

I also updated the Picture of the Month, and realized we never got around to posting the fan of the month for March – oops! The award goes to Evie Diane, who made me giggle with her idea. (We should have a graphic award soon.) Check out the April question too and give it a try!

A brief article on Style.com quotes Emma as saying about London’s National Portrait Gallery: “I used to come here as a kid.” Emma also placed ninth on Vogue’s list of 10 Best Dressed for the week of February 16, 2008 at Style.com!

A member of an Emma Watson fansite forum found a video taken at Emma’s Oxford Union speech in November, 2006! You can check it out on YouTube here with thanks to Emma-Watson.net and Totally-Emma.net. Emma gave this speech way back even before I♥W was around. You can read a report given by The Leaky Cauldron here. We only ever saw about eight small pictures via TLC, again, from the event. If any of you were lucky fans who made it to the speech, we’d love you to send in your reports or photos from the event!

Some of you may remember the Fan of the Month competition and graphics competition we held monthly for a time. Fanzone fans, rejoice, for the competitions are back! Check out the Fan of the Month and Graphics Competition pages and go ahead and enter! You have almost ten days – till February 28th – to enter both competitions; winners will receive an award banner and special mention on I♥W.

Lois Lowry wrote in her latest blog post that production on the film version of her book “The Giver” has been delayed as, she says, David Yates (who directed “Order of the Phoenix” and is currently directing “Half-Blood Prince”) plans to direct the final Harry Potter movie first.

David Heyman and David Barron, the producers of the Potter films, recently said they were still considering splitting the final movie into two films and that a director had not yet been chosen.
