1st February 2012 - Emma Watson for ‘Rouge in Love’ by Lancôme campaign released!

Emma's newest campaign with Lancôme, 'Rouge in Love', goes on sale today at various Lancôme outlets! The lipstick range boasts 21 new long-stay, perfect finish colours in a wide variety from coral to bright pink to some demure beige colours. Emma is set to promote the lipstick range in London on 10 February 2012 at Selfridges London, from 4pm. See all promotional material from the campaign here in our photo galleries!

As you can see (hopefully!) the real new layout has been put up and the other monstrosity has been sent to rot away in our archives. We do apologise for any confusion but hey, it was April Fool’s Day! The new layout is indeed pink and purple and is a bit different from our previous layout – the navigation is now all at the top, we have links to Emma’s most current projects easily accesible, and her project list has been ordered by movies and then by fashion escapades.

We’re also slowly integrating our pages into WordPress pages so if you meet a dodgy layout while browsing through the sections, that’s the reason. But apart from all those things, the site is jut as it was before! Stay tuned for a video-news update! :)

And again, we apologise but it was April 1st!

Welcome to version 17! As you can see we’ve got a brand new layout up at iheartwatson.net! We stuck pretty close to our past layout design wise, but if you see any kinks, please let us know. For those with a slower connection speed, a preview of the new layout can be seen below!

We’re hoping that this one will stay up as long as the previous layout. Thoughts? Comments? Let us know!

Gallery Maintenance! Gallery Upgrade Complete, Huzzah!

Hello all! Just a quick little update to tell you all that the gallery may be unreachable for an hour or so while we upgrade it with more features! We’ll try and keep it as quick and painless as possible; keep checking back for more Emma-related goodness!

Gallery upgraded and all ready to go! To celebrate we’ve got lots of new photos to add! Photos have been added to: Emma’s arrival at Regis and Kelly and The Today Show; new photoshoot additions to the Stylist Magazine and Marie Claire sessions; Emma’s collaboration with favoured designer Alberta Ferretti for ethical fashion (due out early next year); medium quality shots from The Buzz and Women’s Wear Daily; a brand new shot from Emma’s filming of “My Week with Marilyn”; and finally, high quality and medium quality pictures from the London press conference for “Deathly Hallows”.

Aaaaaaaaaaand we have a brand new feature on iheartwatson.net! After much revamping, styling, headaches and finally an epiphany, our quotes pages have been compiled into an easy-to-use quotes archive! It currently boasts over 400 Emma quotes, each categorised and availale for your perusal. Most quotes relate to more than one category but you can also view quotes from particular sections by using the cateogry links in the sidebar!

An added bonus: we’ve not only got Emma quotes but also quotes and quips from her co-stars and directors! Check it out and if you see that we’re missing your very favourite quote, please feel free to send it in!

Edit: After many requests, we’re going through and adding sources and years for you all. There’s just over 450 quotes in the archive at the moment, this could take a while! If anyone wants to help out, just drop us a line! :)

Following on from our previous update we’ve now got the full magazine spread from Emma’s stint in the November issue of ‘Seventeen’ magazine from Mexico. The interview is entirely in Spanish, a language no one on staff is currently fluent in – if anyone’s able to translate and send us a transcript, we’d really appreciate it! We don’t know which parts of the site need fixing or what we’re missing; we need you to help us out with ideas, suggestions, critiques and whatnots to help make iheartwatson.net the ultimate Emma fan resource. You can comment anonymously, if that’s easier for you.

New Gallery Rules

After months of watching people take our images without credit we at iheartwatson.net have decided to shut our gallery down to be viewable to registered users only. Not only do we think this will stop people from wrongfully taking our images but also leaves us protected from law suits. All images and albums to ihwmedia.net have been put under lock-down and cannot be accessed by non-registered peoples. Follow the prompts on the main gallery page to register.

Another reason for the lock-down is that we’ve decided to start posting Emma Watson candids again. We feel that to be a reliable and up-to-date fansite we should post photos of Emma outside of scheduled events as that is the only way that we, the fans, get to see what she is really like outside of the spotlight. Candids from 2010 have been added to the galleries and look forward to some more indepth and high quality photos of Emma walking, conversing and being a normal girl at Brown University!
