Why haven't you answered my email?
Most likely, we haven't read it yet. Otherwise, we have read it, but have forgotten to reply to it. We don't always reply to emails due to conflicting schedules and such, but we do try!
How often do you check your mail? [insert first question here]
We check our staff email as much as possible. Our other emails (eg. staffmember@iheartwatson.net) aren't always checked. Our private emails are checked the most (no duh), but please don't email us there!
Do you have Emma's email/address/telephone or mobile number?
Sorry, no, I'm not in contact with Emma and I don't have any contact information for her other then her official fanmail address. Even if I did have that information in my possession, I would be unable and unwilling to give it out.
Can you give Emma a message for me?
No, sorry, we're not in contact with Emma and therefore any messages for her you send to us will be deleted and go into the world of deleted internetdom.

We're happy to help our visitors out, but we're all really, really busy and honestly don't have the time to teach you how to make a website or use a graphics program. If you have lots of questions, please try searching the internet on your own for tutorials and help. That's the way we learned!

Chances are, we either found the news ourselves and didn't check our email, or we forgot. New news is usually added on the staff forum with sources, but if you're not added, don't hesitate to mention it in the comments. But please, don't take this as permission to post spamming comments such as: "oMgZ, u dint p0st mah n3w5!!11!"
